Trevean is situated in an area of Oustanding Natural Beauty five miles east of Penzance. This beach house is one of three barns converted in 1991 and won the Penwith Design Award for Building Conversion in 1992.
It enjoys a stunning hilltop location overooking Cudden Point to the left and Perran Sands, Mount's Bay and St Michael's Mount to the right. The lodge also has access to its own small beach.
There is a double en-suite bedroom on the first level and a spacious kitchen/living room with comfortable double sofa bed on the ground level. There is always plenty of hot water any time day or night.
The large garden enjoys panoramic sea views and for those seeking a quiet and relaxed location Trevean is the ideal location.
