A long shingle beach near Hayle in west Cornwall, Gwithian offers a good selection of waves of all sizes and shapes through the winter and summer months - with good access and plenty of space.

With three miles of beach to choose from a quiet place can always be found tucked away in the dunes for the guest looking for a more secluded afternoon's sunbathing.

Safety

Lifeguards patrol sections of Gwithian from Spring to the end of September.
