Located on the edge of Penzance town, in a square off the main road, Chyandour was originally built in 1854 as the estate Hall for the Ponsandane estate. It has been recently converted to provide stylish, spacious accommodation.
The main feature of the property, apart from its central location, is the cavernous 40' x 20' open plan living room with a woodburner, a feature central staircase, galleried landing and slate floor throughout.
The property comprises of 3 double, 1 twin bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor (additional single on vast sofa in living room). Open plan living room, shower with wc and a galley style kitchen and utility room. There is an outside tap and a secure board rack in the small private courtyard. There is no garden but Penzance centre is just a 5 minute walk.
